I dissolve it and annihilate it in the name of Jesus.

In the Holy Name of Christ Jesus, by His Most Precious Blood for which we are all redeemed, with the intercession of Mary Most Holy, of all the Holy Archangels, in particular of

St. Michael the Archangel, of all the Holy Angels and of all Saints, among them St. Francis, St. Padre Pio, St. Anthony of Padua, St. Gemma Galgani, I command and order to, declare and decree to  Lucifer and his emissaries, in particular the spirits of dementia, madness, darkening of intelligence, mental  disease , psychic and physical, mental confusion, to leave immediately (name) and never to return.
